As a duly appointed New Jersey Notary Public, I am authorized to perform the following duties:
- Administer oaths and affirmations
- Take acknowledgments
- Execute jurats for affidavits and other verifications
- Take proofs of deeds
- I am also background checked, trained and certified by the NNA to provide Loan Signing Services to the Real Estate Industry.

In addition to my general notary training and NNA certified Loan Signing Agent training, I also have twenty years of experience working in the Financial Services area of the insurance industry. My academic credentials include an MBA from Fordham University, and a Paralegal Studies Certificate from NYU.
